The challenge of achieving the clean, long-distance, and high-volume conveyance of powdery materials—while minimizing energy consumption—has been a central focus of our company's research efforts. In recent years, building upon the successful launch of various pneumatic technologies—such as the gasification-sedimentation slag remover and the pneumatic-mechanical hybrid mixer—we observed that traditional mechanical equipment offers significant potential for improvement in terms of energy efficiency and throughput when integrated with pneumatic systems. Consequently, we embarked on a bold initiative to integrate pneumatic components into our chain conveyor systems. This endeavor effectively merged two traditional conveying technologies—the chain conveyor and the air slide—into a single, unified system. Through extensive research, refinement, and optimization, we successfully developed and launched the "Air-Assisted Chain Conveyor," a groundbreaking innovation for which we have been awarded a national patent.
The air-assisted chain conveyor is a modular system designed for transporting powdery materials. It features an aeration box installed at the bottom of the traditional chain conveyor casing; this mechanism utilizes high-pressure air to fluidize the powder within the casing, thereby reducing internal friction. Consequently, it achieves high throughput with significantly lower energy consumption—saving over 50% more electricity compared to FU chain conveyors of equivalent specifications. It is widely applicable for the long-distance conveyance of powdery materials in various settings, such as silo tops, silo bottoms, and port terminals.

2. Capable of long-distance conveying; a single unit can transport materials up to 150 meters.
3. Features low power consumption and minimal failure rates, with wear parts boasting a service life of over two years.
4. Ensures a clean, pollution-free working environment.
1. Must be a powdery material, with a fineness of less than 30%.
2. Moisture content must be less than 2%.
3. Bulk density must be less than 3 × 10³ kg/m³.
