SL‑Series  Cement Cooler for Cement Powder Cooling

Large‑scale cement grinding systems often produce high‑temperature finished cement. Excessively hot cement causes gypsum dehydration, false setting of cement, accelerated aging of conveyor belts and damaged packaging bags, which brings risks to cement storage, transportation and concrete quality. Our SL‑series cement cooler is specially designed to solve high‑temperature finished‑cement issues for modern cement plants.

Ⅰ.Working Principle

Material enters the fluidization box and becomes fluidized. Multiple groups of built‑in cooling water tanks enlarge heat‑exchange area for high‑efficiency heat transfer. Good material fluidity enables horizontal‑in and horizontal‑out layout, bringing great convenience for process layout in cement workshops. The cooling water works in closed circulating loop.

1. Effective cooling: More than 30℃ temperature drop when feed material ≥95℃ and cooling water ≤30℃

Ⅲ. Material Application Conditions

This cement cooler is suitable for powdery cement material. Material requirements: fineness residue <15%, moisture <1.5%, bulk density ≤ 2000 kg/m³, non‑sticky powder material. 

Ⅳ.Installation & Operation Notes

1. Fix the equipment horizontally and firmly according to process drawing.

2. Keep rain‑proof and moisture‑proof to avoid fluidization cloth damp or burnt.

3. Install sealing gaskets for all flange connections.

4. Customers need to prepare supporting cooling‑water circulation system, including cooling tower and circulating water pool.
