Belt conveyors constitute the most versatile, economical, and essential equipment for the industrial transport of bulk materials, facilitating the continuous, long-distance, and high-volume conveyance of lumpy, granular, and powdery substances. I. Working Principle

A motor drives the drive drum via a reducer, utilizing the friction between the drum and the conveyor belt to propel the belt in continuous motion. Material enters through the feed inlet, lands on the belt, and is transported along with the belt to the discharge point, where it is unloaded. Idlers support both the belt and the material, ensuring smooth operation, while a tensioning device maintains appropriate belt tension to prevent slippage.
