Pneumatic Bulk Loading Machine for Powder Materials

I. Overview

SZ Type Cement Bulk Loader is used for bulk loading of cement, fly ash, mineral powder and other powdery materials in cement plants, building materials, metallurgy, coal and grain industries. It connects the silo to the truck/train and realizes automatic bulk loading.SZ

II. Working Principle

The machine uses airslide conveying to discharge materials. The loading head extends to the tank mouth, and materials flow into the truck under gravity and aeration. Dust is collected by the dust removal system to realize closed and clean bulk loading.
